Welcome to Laura Lupardus Photography! By accessing this website, booking a session, or purchasing any of our services or products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Laura Lupardus Photography offers professional pet and portrait photography services, including photoshoots and digital editing. All services are subject to availability and may be updated or discontinued at any time.

2. Booking & Payment

To secure your session, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due on or before the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change but are guaranteed once a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change! If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to one rescheduled session, based on availability.

4. Image Delivery

Edited digital images will be delivered within approximately 2–3 weeks of your session unless otherwise mentioned.

5. Copyright & Usage

All images taken by Laura Lupardus Photography are protected under U.S. copyright law and remain the property of Laura Lupardus. Clients receive a personal-use license for sharing and printing. Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission. Laura Lupardus Photography reserves the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless a written agreement states otherwise.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their pets' behavior and safety during the session. Please ensure your pet is supervised and secure. Sessions may be paused or ended if a pet exhibits aggressive or unsafe behavior, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to create high-quality, memorable images, Laura Lupardus Photography is not liable for factors beyond our control (e.g., pet cooperation, weather). In the unlikely event of data loss or equipment failure, liability is limited to the return of all payments received.

8. Website Content

All website content, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Laura Lupardus Photography and may not be reproduced, copied, or reused without express permission.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
